The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain a cb222 account, all of the following eligibility conditions must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cb222 operates a strict 21+ policy. Documentary proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must register only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a previously excluded player or a player who has voluntarily self-excluded from cb222 or any associated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party. Use of the platform for commercial gambling operations is prohibited.

2. Account Registration and Verification

cb222 maintains a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in order to protect players, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable requirements. Players must complete verification before processing their first withdrawal.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cb222 login credentials. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility whether or not you authorised it.

• You must select a password that is sufficiently complex to resist unauthorised access. cb222 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on all accounts.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person. cb222 will not be liable for any losses arising from shared or compromised credentials.
• You must notify cb222 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or that your credentials have been compromised.
• cb222 reserves the right to suspend an account pending verification at any time if suspicious activity is detected, without prior notice to the account holder.

KYC Verification Documents

cb222 may request one or more of the following as part of the KYC process: a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number). Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

cb222 processes payments exclusively through the methods listed on the platform. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to the following terms.

Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. cb222 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed on the Cashier page within your cb222 account dashboard.
• cb222 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such charges levied by their payment provider.
• All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Funds deposited in other currencies may be subject to a conversion rate applied at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Withdrawals that include Bonus Funds will only be processed once all applicable wagering requirements for those bonus funds have been fully met. Withdrawing before completing rollover requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus portion.

• cb222 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required. cb222 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

cb222 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms and to any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Bonus funds are separate from real-money account balances and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Each promotional offer specifies its own wagering requirement (rollover multiplier), eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting offers), and expiry period. Players must review these specific terms before opting in to any promotion.

5. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the cb222 platform. Game-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game or sports market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. cb222 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game or betting event, cb222 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. cb222's decision in such cases is final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and may vary by event type, sport, or game.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh international fixtures — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Matches abandoned due to weather or other external factors are settled as void unless a result has already been determined under the applicable competition rules.
• Live in-play odds are updated in real time. cb222 is not liable for any bets placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error in the odds feed. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at cb222's discretion.

6. Responsible Gaming

cb222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools and restrictions form part of these Terms & Conditions and are enforceable as such.

• Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits directly from their cb222 account dashboard. Once set, a limit may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Players may request a temporary time-out (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion. Both options are available via the Responsible Gaming section of the account dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected].
• During a self-exclusion period, the excluded player's account will be locked. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of exclusion will be held securely and returned to the player upon verified request after the exclusion period ends.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cb222 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances.

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or submission of forged verification documents.
• Collusion with other players, use of automated betting software (bots), or any form of artificial intelligence designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional offers, reverse bonus hunting, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the cb222 platform to process proceeds of criminal activity. cb222 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious transactions as required.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at cb222 support staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

cb222 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may warrant suspension or termination.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Where cb222 reasonably suspects that an account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or that the account is being used for any purpose other than personal recreational betting.
• Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via the registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the cb222 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and design elements — is the property of cb222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the cb222 platform without prior written consent from cb222. Unauthorised use of cb222 content may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cb222 limits its liability as follows.

• cb222 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical errors outside cb222's reasonable control.
• cb222 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability. cb222 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via account notifications where practicable.
• cb222's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Amendments to These Terms

cb222 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cb222 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the platform notification system or by email to the registered account address before changes take effect.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always the version published at cb222.bio/terms-conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you may close your account and withdraw any real-money balance before the amendment takes effect.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the cb222 platform, you should first contact cb222 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. cb222 aims to resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
